Scandinavian Creation Myth? Odin? Ymir the Giant? What do these have to do with Trolls? There is so much more to Trolls than the simplistic stereotype of a bumbling, angry giant, with club in hand, tearing through the woods or mountainous countryside bent on destruction. We’ll also chat about their similarities to Faeries, and venture into other countries to see the shadows of Trolls in other creatures.

Also in this episode’s “Tales of the Unknown” take a trip to Japan with us and briefly venture into the “Aokigahara”, a.k.a., The Suicide Forest, located at the base of Mt. Fuji. On a more serious note, we chat about the draw to that forest, some interesting insights about it, and an upcoming film based on the activity found in the forest.

Oh, and discover D.C.’s tea of the week, and listen as he sips in “3D” (Michael’s words … not D.C.’s)! 🙂
