Show Notes & Summary:

On this episode of The Monster Guys Podcast Extra, we have a double bonus, and really, a triple!

We begin with an interview with Richard Martin (@TheFearMerchant), who many of you may remember as the guest narrator for our last Faerie Tales Podcast (Faerie Tales 15: How Thomas Connolly Met The Banshee). Richard is a man who is passionate about all things horror – whether it be films, television, games, or novels, he covers it all. He is the host of The Bazaar Cast, and is a regular contributor to U.K. Horror Scene (which D.C. accidentally calls the U.K. Horror Society during the show’s intro … apologies!). As you’ll discover, we have grown to love and appreciate Richard immensely and are proud to welcome him to The Monster Guys Podcast!

The music you’ll hear during our show transitions is by Chris Cavoretto a.k.a., Werewolves in Siberia, a Horror Synth artist who is both talented and prolific, creating music that transports the listener to a John Carpenter-ish musical experience. He is a Fangoria Musick recording artist, and the composer for Slice (Original Comic Book Soundtrack). We introduce him briefly here in order to tease you with a surprise announcement that will be revealed in our next The Monster Guys Podcast on April 3rd. We are thoroughly enjoying Chris’s music and encourage you to check out his works. Find all his music here!

Finally, we end this episode with a speculative discussion on the topic of Infrasound. From the natural world phenomenon (animals, weather, etc.), to man-made experiments and applications (some of which are more terrifying than the paranormal stuff), to experiences with Infrasound while encountering Bigfoot, Dogmen, Black-eyed Children, Mothman, and other cryptids and creepy entities – we open the box on a wide range of concepts concerning this auditory (or lack thereof) paradox.

Link to the legal case, Piper v. City of Pittsburg we spoke of on the show.

Link to The Bazaar Cast Episode 008 with The Monster Guys that we spoke of on the show.

We hope you enjoy this jam-packed Monster Guys Extra! Tune in again next week for another outstanding episode of The Monster Guys Podcast as we kick off the month of April with a huge reveal and a well-known expert in the field of cryptozoology.

Thank you for listening, and please consider leaving us a positive review on iTunes. It really does help us get noticed and increases our visibility. We appreciate it!!
